That Say Anything album was... not good. Not good at all. I'm voting for Garbage because I refuse to vote for garbage.

I was kind of disappointed in both of these albums, but as Baron said, Say Anything's album sucked. Garbage should win this one pretty easily.

I feel like Max Bemis at this point is just doing whatever he wants, which I think is fine. The elements of Say Anything to my ears are still there, which involve his obnoxious but amusing and verbose lyrics, but the music sounds a bit rougher and lower-key. It's not as accessible as it may have previously been. I'm not sure if that's deliberate or not.

That said, Garbage is still pretty damn great even after all these years, so my vote goes to Shirley and company.
