You're a Bernie supporter and I'm the delusional one

    That's hilarious for reasons.

I'm confused about this whole bernie thing. What makes him so great again? Because last time I checked the things he believes in, don't work and the things he wants to get rid of have propelled us to the biggest economic country in the world

    I met Bernie Sanders today
The girl I brought down to the rally with me snagged two wristbands from this organizer handing them out, so we could be on the stage behind Bernie during the rally. Only like 20-30 people got that out of the 1500+ there. Super lucky. This was at the State Theatre in Portland, ME where I've posted some concert stuff before.
View from the stage behind him

    Bernie's here!

A stranger took the picture for me. He ALMOST completely ruined it with his thumb in the way but it still came out okay. Very happy I at least got to shake his hand and take this picture.

    Someone got a side view

  6. Green Baron received reputation from Matt in Kanye West - 'The Life of Pablo'
I always feel like whenever people talk about misogynistic lyrics they don't get that calling out one woman =/= calling out all women. So even if Claudio had some real-life inspirations for Good Apollo I, he wrote those lyrics as a way of taking down one person, not all of women in general.
So I suppose something like "die white girls" would be more misogynistic since it encompasses all girls, but even that's a poor example because that's from Al's perspective and obviously not his actual feelings.

Minus away all you want, but it's very disappointing to read that some of you don't care about Kanye spewing misogynistic, racist, and just general hateful comments about others.  Saying, "oh, it's just Kanye being Kanye" is the worst defense for that kind of behavior that I've ever heard.  It's because of people like you that we still have problems with racism and inequality for women.
Seriously, F all of you guys for hating on us for standing up for the rights of others.  The world would be a better place if hateful and evil pr*cks like Kanye were dead.  Seriously, I would celebrate his death.

Examples, please. Other than Coheed, who writes songs about fictional characters.
To put bluntly, your example was shit.

I'm not condoning what Peyton might have done. I just don't believe for a second that that article was posted with the genuine intentions of getting to the truth. The writer was just mad that the black quarterback was getting criticized so he had to dig up old dirt on the white quarterback so he'd get criticized too. If the Panthers won the Super Bowl and Cam's press conference never happened, I highly doubt that this article would've ever been made.
I clicked through some of the articles from Shaun King and I notice he talks about race issues in sports in a lot of his columns. Funny I never saw any of his articles criticising Floyd Mayweather for saying racist stuff about Manny Pacquiao, Charles Barkley saying he hates white people or Shaq making fun of Yao Ming for being Chinese.

Better than 95% I agree with that. I guess I answered my own question, the major labels still control the charts and for some reason they dont want to push emo or punk bands. Punk has been a foundation for "alternative" since the fucking 70's and to just ignore it all together now is asinine. Im obviously saying basement is a punk/emo band which I dont think anyone would disagree with.
Its like the music nerds/critics suddenly took over the charts and airplay and took it away from the people and general populous. They push what THEY want and they dont give a shit about you and I. How this happened, I have no idea. I guess with the death of record sales they figured it was an opportunity to push their agendas.
For the record, I know Basement is on a small label which would make it tough for them to chart and get a push but there's no way the big labels dont know about the by now. I guess remember alternative radio being pretty diverse back in the day and that all changed.

They're better than 95% of what's on Alternative radio right now. I've never disliked that format as much as I do now. Sure. You have Foo Fighters, Silversun Pickups, and a few others that do well on there, but yeah most of the Top 50 over the last few years is indie pop stuff that bores me to death.

Why cant we have bands like this charting on alternative ? Its still mostly indie dance pop, right ? Are the major labels still controlling the charts and airwaves ? Im asking you because you follow this stuff.

The face of the man who no longer can shove "I've won more Super Bowls than you" to his brother's face.

No excuse for that one. Especially because a FG makes it a two-score game, and they were in McManus's range.

    6:
"Roman Holiday" - Halsey - 'Badlands'
Halsey was one of the artists who I felt most bad about enforcing my strict "one song" rule, because without such a restriction, she might have broken the top ten two or three times, let alone the entire list.  Picking my favorite Halsey song was a challenge and one that ultimately led me to my first favorite Halsey song.  When I was first falling in love with 'Badlands,' one of the year's very best albums, "Roman Holiday" was the song that first sunk it's tremendous hooks into me.  I love the little bits of reverb, the smooth and soulful verses, and that absolutely whopper of a chorus.  Not only is the hook wickedly strong but I just adore it lyrically, since it doesn't fall back on easy repetition or other obnoxiously easy paths to being an earworm.  "Roman Holiday" is strong because it's a beautiful, saccharine song, full of little details and notes that spring up for the first time even after you've listened twenty times.  I've also emphasized several times how much vocals can make or break a song for me, but "Roman Holiday" is brilliantly produced through or through, and Halsey's tremendously emotive voice is just the icing on the cake.  This is a complete package song, which just goes to show how strong the top five is...

I for one absolutely believe Manning when he said he didn't take anything. I'll believe a stand-up guy, role model and good person like Manning before some ISIS news network.
