  1. Follow the Hollow gave reputation to Three Libras in General Music Discussion
Deliver Us is still one of the best metalcore albums of the 2000s.
  2. Follow the Hollow received reputation from RainbowDragon in 2016: Alternanoise Retrospective
    25. Just discovered Landon Tewers, I'm really digging this song.  Album is decent
    24. Wasn't a fan of Tango Umbrella really, but AHC did good with Perfectionist
    23. I like From Ashes to New, and can identify with this song
    22. Really enjoyed the new Korn, hard to pick a song, this one will do
    21. Love this song, it's catchy

  3. Follow the Hollow gave reputation to RainbowDragon in 2016: Alternanoise Retrospective
    20. Lets start off with a cover song. I love his passionate vocals on this one and of course I love the original. They did a good job of making it more 'metal."
    19. Another great Tremonti record. I picked this one because its my most played from the record and it slays and it rips.
    18. Very good message on this and Adam's D.'s solo fucking rips.
    17. This is so catchy and hooky and heavy. Its the shit
    16. Cage9 put out a great album and this song is so catchy and would have been a big hit if all was right in the world.

Don't want to infringe on the master's thread, so here's a thread for everyone else. 2016 was a pretty big letdown in terms of music for me compared to 2015.

    {OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE TO ALL MEDIA OUTLETS}
    FLAW Family,
I wanted to make an official announcement to all our fans, friends, and family about the recent moves and changes that you may have seen us go through over the past month. Unfortunately, in this business, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. As many of you already know, we have gone through numerous member changes over the past 16 years, but have always remained true to the FLAW mission and message, and have always come out stronger on the other side. This has happened once again with the departure of our newest drummer and bass player. This is never an easy situation to deal with, especially when the reasons involved deal with family or health. We wish both Corey and Ryan success in their future endeavors, but the Flaw message, and the show, must go on!

With that being said, myself and management, along with full label support, have worked tirelessly over the past few weeks, to remedy the situation and right the ship. We have done just that, and are extremely excited to announce to you the new members of FLAW's line-up. This is truly going to be an amazing step in the right direction!
    FLAW line-up 2017:
    Chris Volz - Vocals
    Jay Daunt - Guitar
    Tommy Gibbons - Guitar
    Jeff Dickie - Bass
    Skyler Martin - Drums
We are stoked for all of you to hear and see the new line-up in action, and witness the growth that has transpired from this situation! We will be touring relentlessly throughout 2017, starting on Jan. 13th in Clarksville, TN. Thank you all so much for your continued support, and we will see you very soon on tour (in a city near you)!
    Sincerely,
    C.Volz/FLAW

  7. Follow the Hollow received reputation from RainbowDragon in Anti-Clone - 'The Root of Man'
This is pretty solid.  I do kind of agree with the review from the first link you posted.  It's a good album, but it could have been great.  They definitely have the talent.
    My standouts:
    Switchblade
    A Sight for Sewn Eyes
    Twisted Neck
    Mechanical Heart
Comaspace (most melodic of the bunch, wish there were more like this)
Astaroth (Like a poor mans Slipknot mixed with a poor mans Korn, it works though)
    Sentinel
  8. Follow the Hollow gave reputation to RainbowDragon in Mobile Gaming
Worth the $2.99 if you like action rpgs / Zelda

  10. Follow the Hollow received reputation from NinjaNick101 in Christmas tunes
Psychostick have done a Christmas parody of System of a Down's B.Y.O.B. and it's hilarious.

  11. Follow the Hollow received reputation from RainbowDragon in Come What(ever) May - Deluxe 10th Anniversary Editiion
This is a really good album.  No sophomore slump for them.

  15. Follow the Hollow received reputation from RainbowDragon in In Flames- 'Battles'
I like it better than Siren Charms.  My standouts were Drained, The End, Like Sand, The Truth, In My Room, Through My Eyes,  Wallflower, and Save Me.
Drained and In My Room, I didn't care for at first, but they've grown on me after a couple of listens.  In My Room has some pretty cool guitar parts.
The End sounds like a song that could have easily come off of Come Clarity.
Like Sand sounds like a b-side from Sounds of a Playground Fading, but I really like it.  The guitar work that starts about 1:15 right before the chorus, reminds me of the Clayman record.
The Truth I didn't really like when it was first released, but it's another one that has grown on me.  I still don't like the chanting, but other than that it's a solid track.
Through My Eyes is another one that could have come from Come Clarity.  Pronably my favorite chorus from this album.
Wallflower is pretty damn good.  It's certainly one of the most interesting songs they've done.
    Save Me is decent.

As opposed to the rioters needing to be arrested...
    1. How do you know this? Just because I want the wall so people can't come here for free without paying taxes. Just because I want increased background checks on middle eastern people coming into the country to prevent another 9/11. If you are legally in America and aren't a terrorist, you're more than welcome in as far as I'm concerned.
    2. Like most people in the country I was a little distracted by the election this week. I'll be sure to bookmark the local Pittsburgh and Missouri news websites so I don't miss this information in the future.
    3. But just mere hours ago I was saying that anyone saying "build the wall" to someone else deserves to get their ass kicked.
And this is possibly the last time I discuss anything in this thread. It doesn't matter how eloquently I've tried to explain my opinions in this thread in a calm manner, I still get attacked by the angry, hostile anti-Trump people. So I think I'm done with this election thread. Have fun agreeing with each other all the time. I'll have fun watching my guy in the White House!

Don't stereotype us together.  Some of us aren't bullies. I know tons of people that support Trump that haven't said anything degrading to anyone.  There's good and bad in every group.

I've listened to just a couple of songs so far, it's pretty good.  If you dig the hard rock on the radio chances are you'll like this just as much.
